Currently I have a medium/light brown in my hair, and a pale complexion. I also have blue eyes.

it would, but everyone looks best in their natural color....that's why God gave us that natural color (unless you're turning grey, then you should dye/bleach it the color it as before it was grey)!

It could work. You should find out if your skin tone is warm or cool first, though. If you can wear silver (jewelry) your tone is cool and blue reds, deeper reds will work. If you wear gold (jewelry) your skin tone is warm for the most part and golden earth tones will be your best bet. One color will usually look better on you than the other.

You won't know whether it is right for you or not until you try it. Take one of the hair swatches in the hair color department or beauty supply and place it against your cheek or on the back of your hand. That is one way to determine if the shade will work for you. Have fun!

All depends on your skin tone without a picture of yourself it's hard to say for sure. If you have pink tone do not do it. You need an alabaster completion.
